CredSpark, a small but growing software-and-services business with a global team, seeks a Vilnius-based Product Analyst to help enable our next phase of growth. Reporting to our Product Manager, this entry-level position will be responsible for analyzing and researching multiple factors which influence the success of our products in the marketplace. Specifically, this person will analyze different sources of information/intelligence, including:

• Product feature usage by clients
• Content/data creation by clients
• Competitor features & capabilities (company websites and software reviews)
• Published market research
• User testing
• Additional sources of information / business intelligence

This is an entry-level position for a person highly motivated to learn, contribute, and develop their data and analytics skills. Success in this role will open up a wide range of career paths for the right person: Product Management, Product Marketing, Data Science, and more.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Measure, analyze and monitor product data
• Undertake exploratory data analysis by understanding what data exists, importing it, cleaning it, and asking questions based upon it
• Support product team in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform the next steps
• Create reports and presentations about data-driven findings
• Evaluate the company products against competitors/alternatives and compare them against industry trends
• Gather and analyze customer feedback. Role of a product analyst involves using data to understand customer perception of products. You may conduct in-depth interviews with individual customers, facilitate focus groups and gather feedback in other ways
• Develop and oversee small to medium scale projects related with product, clients, market, competitors

Requirements for a Successful Candidate:

• Extremely strong quantitative skills, demonstrated by university coursework
• Curious, self-starter mindset
• Methodical researcher and analytical thinker, comfortable drawing conclusions based upon study of data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable working with an international team communicating in English
