It’s important that you have a cohesive “big picture” when it comes to your audience data and how you aggregate it. That’s why we only allow Admins to assign CredSpark Attributes to provide more control and governance.

Start with the outcome that you want and create a plan to achieve it.
Think of what data you want and how you’d like to leverage it. Then, design an Attribute plan that helps aggregates your audience data in the way you need it.

Be consistent in your use of Attributes.
For Multiple-Choice questions, use the same answer choices for questions linked to the same attribute. Different answer choices may lead to the question being displayed again, potentially overwriting the previous attribute value.
